WAREHOUSE AND DISTRIBUTION:
All carrier drivers must sign for product case counts. No
“SLC”, “SWS” or similar signature terms will be allowed or honored. All
merchandise must be inspected by the carrier driver before signing “in good
order”. All goods are shipped at Customer’s risk and any perishable goods
are not guaranteed. Any assistance required by the carrier driver for
product count verification or inspection will be provided by warehouse
personnel. A carrier’s signature acknowledges carrier inspected and case
counted all merchandise and is accepting “merchandise in good order”.
Please inspect goods upon receipt. Any freight claims
regarding a product shipment must be made within five (5) days of the transfer
of ownership of the product. PANOS is not responsible for breakage or
loss in transit. PANOS will only credit the Customer if the incorrect
product was delivered and it is returned in the same condition it was shipped
within seven (7) days of receipt by Customer. PANOS must pre-approve each
return by issuing a Return Authorization (RA) prior to delivery at warehouse.
Any product that is returned for any reason must be in its
original shipping carton. Product will be refused if not in saleable
condition.
